Job Objective
Generate the highest amount of revenue possible by selling new accounts, and upselling and managing existing accounts. In addition, the Digital Account Manager is to act as an advisor to the client by staying abreast with the latest technological trends and by ensuring that the client is receiving a complete and well rounded digital service from dot.jo ranging from website and mobile application development, Search Engine Optimization, (SEO) along with online marketing and social media presence.

Job Duties:

Sell new accounts and upsell existing ones;
Act as the single point of contact for clients for account management matters;
Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact with clients;
Set digital strategies for assigned customers as per their specific requirements;
Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner;
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends;
Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to customers to demonstrate services and upsell additional products and services, ensuring that documentation and presentation material follows all company guidelines;
Drive client strategy across portfolio of accounts and advise customers on how to achieve their business goals in the most effective manner by utilizing their various digital marketing channels most efficiently, and ensuring that advice is delivered with confidence and gravitas;
Manage the portfolio of customers on a continuous basis;
Drive business growth through existing clients by developing a proactive action plan for accounts in order to meet client retention and budget targets.

Skills Required
Sales Skills.
Digital knowledge (website, social media, mobile application).
Innovative and creative, with a concise, precise and effective approach to problem solving and the ability to develop and deliver and evaluate creative ideas based on solid strategic thinking.
Quick learner, always eager to acquire new knowledge which to be offered to clients.
Analytical and inquisitive, with excellent attention to detail.
Multilingual document processing skills which include extensive knowledge in all MS Office programs; especially MS Word and Excel.
Time management.
Multi-tasking; often required to think both strategically and tactically.
Fluent in both English & Arabic.
Passionate about digital marketing, with a thirst for digital knowledge and a significant interest in new platforms and channels.

Experience Required
Minimum of two years’ experience in account management in a reputable firm, preferably in the Information Technology sector.
