Sr. Capital Market Dealer

Requirments

Bachelor education in Finance, Business or related disciplines
Rigorous, analytical and an effective problem solver
Results oriented mindset, with a high ability to analyze and summarize information
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong ability to connect with clients and develop new business
At least 5-7 years relevant experience, ideally in a client facing/sales capacity within Equity Derivatives Electronic Business
Strong team player, able to and eager to promote a collaborative / team work environment

Duties
Initiate and execute investment strategy for the Bank’s global fixed income investment portfolio to achieve profit target
Monitor interest rate, credit and liquidity risk of the portfolio and carry out appropriate hedging strategy accordingly
Execute long term funding strategy for the Bank in capital market, and work closely with money market desk and asset liability management on overall liquidity and balance sheet management.
Undertake credit analysis on global financial and corporate credits, and provide necessary assistant in credit application process
Manage the bank’s fixed income investment portfolio and formulate investment strategies for achieving profit target
Monitor the Bank’s cash flow, liquidity positions and interest rate risk according to preset guidelines and limits
Prepare written reports on market update, portfolio review and investment insight
