A leading international company in Abdoun-Amman-Jordan is looking to hire a qualified candidate for the receptionist vacancy.
Summary of Work/ Job Purpose
Discharge functional roles of receptionist along with front desk secretarial jobs.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manning the company’s main reception area, receiving and greeting corporate guests/visitors, attend all incoming telephone calls directed to main frame numbers and ensuring the intended persons are duly connected to the callers or messages delivered in cases of non-availability.
  • Undertake related Office admin. functions which includes incoming and outgoing mails, courier, and faxes adhering to laid down procedures of the company.
  • Undertake other administrative functions like procurement/purchasing stationary and printed matters, as and when delegated.
  • Maintain diary system for the corporate meeting rooms and arrange/coordinate meetings with the concerned parties.
  • Maintain and circulate up to date group phone directory.
  • Other duties as may be determined by the company suitable for the post.
Academic Qualifications:
Diploma level in Secretary or Office Management field
Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a receptionist, in an international organization
Languages:
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills in English
Other Requirements:
Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft office
