STS is looking to hire a Team Leader, Networking Services to join its Services team.

Below please find the requirements and job description for suitable candidates

• Bachelors and 7+ years of IT knowledge and demonstrated hands-on experience in network engineering and administration.
• Good experience in LAN Technologies: Ethernet, VTP, VLAN, 802.1q, QinQ, ISL, EtherChannel, STP, RSTP, MLS, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP.
• Good experience in Network Protocols: TCP/IP,VoIP, SNMP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP, FTP, Telnet, SSH, TACACS+, Radius, NTP, TFTP.
• Good experience in different routing protocols (Static Routing, RIPv2, EIGRP, OSPF, IS-IS, BGPv4, GRE, MPLS, IPv6, Traffic Engineering, Policy Based Routing PBR, Route Filtering, Redistribution, Summarization)
• Hands on Skill for Cisco IOS, IOS-XR, NX-OS
• Good experience is Cisco Next Generation Firewalls.
• Experience installing and supporting network devices (Cisco, FortiNet, F5 , …)
• Experience with network sniffing/monitoring tools, such as Wireshark/tcpdump, Cacti, etc.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and ability to troubleshoot at the highest level; including high-pressure situations
• CCNP is a must, CCIE is desirable.

Job Description:

• Responsible for Customer engagement in building solutions and finalizing implementation activities along with proper reporting for implementation progress and documentation delivery.
• Design, manage, and maintain Data Center Technologies.
• Design and maintain firewalls to ensure proper security controls are in place within different Customer environments.
• Tasks arrangements and daily operational leadership and support
• Interface and handle customer technical escalations.
• Responsible for Network Services team.
• Responsible for the delivery of network Support to STS Customers based on agreed service levels.
• Responsible for resources couching and skills improvement.
