Direct Sales Associate (Amman)

Job description

Job Purpose:

Conducting field visits to sell the bank’s services and products to current and targeted clients, in order to increase the bank’s market share.

Responsibilities:

1. Selling the bank’s services and products by visiting clients, in order to increase the bank’s market share.

2. Reviewing client requests and ensuring that the data, information and documents are complete and adhere to the bank’s policies.

3. Improving client’s satisfaction by providing details related to the bank’s products, services and e-channels.

4. Preparing reports about the achievements in terms of selling services to current clients, attracting new customers, and about the level of client’s satisfaction of the services provided by the bank.

5. Communicating with clients and informing them about the progress of their transactions, as well as providing them with any information they ask for in order to meet their demands and increase their level of satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of Administrative Sciences, Banking & Finance or any related field.
• Relevant knowledge in the banking sector and different market sectors.
• Good communication skills.
• Good computer skills and ability to deal with applicable systems.
• Relevant knowledge in the services and products provided by the bank.
• Good direct sales and teamwork skills.
• Good persuading, negotiating and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant knowledge in the internal policies and procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure.
