Job description
Lamsa is the number one Arabic Edutainment app in the region and is on a mission to spread the love of learning through engaging, fun and interactive stories, games and videos.
ROLE:
- Handle the tasks of processing urgent shipments and tracking logistics flows.
- Responsible for ensuring prompt delivery of product and services to the customer.
- Responsible for preparing reports, managing records and follow-up of customers.
- Make sure that the client is satisfied and he/she is not facing any problems.
- Coordinate Sales department.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 Months – 1 year experience in customer success or customer service.
- Bachelor degree in any related field.
- Excellent analytic skills.
- Communication skills.
- Strong skills in reporting.
- Excellent English skills.
