Job description

Job Purpose:

Provide service to corporate customers; meet their requests related to guarantees, documentary credits and collection policies and follow up on implementation; respond to their inquiries to ensure their satisfaction and strengthen their relationship with the bank; and help in the preparation of credit requests to assist Relationship Officers/Relationship Managers in processing applications in accordance with the adopted credit policy.

Responsibilities:

1. Checks the availability of limits and balances to place orders of corporate customers in effect, passes transactions that exceed the approved limit of the client / exceeded the balance to the concerned party to take decision.

2. Follows up with the concerned departments to complete the necessary documents in order to implement the transactions of corporate customers.

3. Receives various applications for corporate customers and making sure to meet their requirements.

4. Follows up on receivables and excesses with corporate customers in coordination with the Relationship Officers/Relationship Managers.

5. Pursue /executes any customer requests based on the direct supervisor’s instructions to help raise the level of service provided to customers.

6. Actively participate with the Relationship Officers/Relationship Managers in the preparation of requests for credit facilities and in the collection of data and information, verify the completion of necessary documents to complete transactions, and verify their compliance with the credit policy adopted by the corporate sector.

Skills and Capabilities:

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Banking Sciences, Finance, Accounting or any related field from a reputable university.
  • Around 2 years of experience in service sectors.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Good command in both English and Arabic languages.
  • Relevant knowledge of the services and products provided by the bank.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Relevant Communication and Negotiation Skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
