Vacancy:Monitoring & Evaluation Manager
Organization:Abdul Hameed Shoman Foundation

Required qualifications & Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Social Science, Statistics, Management or any related field.
-Approximately 10-12 years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation of programs
-NGO experience and site visits are required
-Excellent experience in qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis
-Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
-Strong program/technical and budget management skills, planning, reporting, monitoring and evaluation skills.
-Strong written and oral communication skills, effective in representation and liaison with external & internal parties.
-Familiarity with impact assessment.
-Advanced skills in data analysis presentation and report writing
-Excellent analytical skills combined with a proactive, energetic approach to problem solving
