JOB TITLE: BROADBAND RETENTION OFFICER
CLOSING DATE: 2017-10-14
1. JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for developing loyalty programs for various segments and define the roadmap for the different programs. The job also includes handling and managing the program on an ongoing basis, manages program performance against operating plans and budgets, lead the development of new features and coordinate with different external partners and departments, all with the aim of enhancing customers’ loyalty.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate current customer’s profiles and segments based on revenues, behavior, demographics and psychographics.
- Design and implement the Loyalty program, with emphasis on bringing value to the customer and increasing engagement.
- Track results and create dashboards to monitor the life time value of subscribers.
- Work with product owners and cross-functional teams to create and launch special loyalty campaigns within the program to drive loyalty and revenue.
- Track any customer complaints related to the program and solve the problem in a timely manner. In addition, develop customer service policies and standards within the loyalty program to ensure the highest customer satisfaction levels.
3. REQUIREMENTS
- Education : Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business/Engineering or any related field.
- Work Experience: 2 – 5 years in telecom industry specifically in GSM postpaid (marketing) or any other related field.
- Certificates: MBA in business or marketing is an advantage
- Excellent command of English language speaking and writing.
- Excellent command of MS office applications.
4. KNOWLEDGE
- Experience of designing and using customer segmentation to develop value propositions in a mobile operator.
- Experience of developing value propositions targeted at data customers, to drive acquisition, retention.
- Proven track record in the field of promotion and tactical pricing of Umniah products.
- Creativity and openness for innovation and capability of implement best practices in Jordanian market environment.
