Job Description and Requirements :
The Customer Service Representative has to answer all inbound and outbound calls. In addition, the Customer Service Representative needs to respond to the customer queries through phone calls and Social media (Facebook, Instagram). He/She must be knowledgeable about the different products and services related to the organization in which the Customer Service Representative is currently employed.
Job title: Call Center & Customer Service.
Duty station: Amman.
Starting date: ASAP.
Contract duration: 1 Year (Renewable).
Required Experience: Minimum 1 year.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Communicating with customers over the phone
– Manage and resolve customer complaints
– Able to handle calls in a pressure environment
– Should be capable of handling issues and complaints with providing solutions to the customers
– Should be fully aware of information related to the product or services of the organization
Job Requirements:
– Excellent command of the English language
– Excellent communication skills
– Good knowledge of basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, internet, e-mail)
– Familiar with social media applications functioning
– Customer Service oriented
– Call Center experience is a huge plus
