Purpose of the Job:
The purpose of the position is to know KN standards and guidelines in order to watch, monitor whether the company’s rules are applied properly or not, if not he should strictly instruct and apply the corrective actions immediately, inform the wrong part, how to apply it under his competence.
Execute financial controls in the company, compliant with the company’s policy.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and handle the accounting reports such as (but not limited to) bank reconciliation and review petty cash reimbursements, invoicing, payments requests, travel and accommodation.
- Records all financial transactions
- Completes monthly bank reconciliations.
- Maintains financial management files of backup documentation for all local transactions such as but not limited to filing of general ledger journal vouchers, accounts payable documentation, and other miscellaneous financial filings;
- Conducts other general accounting duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- University degree in relevant field
- Accounting experience, minimum of 4 years
- Thorough knowledge of advanced accounting procedures and principles
- Knowledge in Audit, Tax and Social Security is preferable.
- Experience in the industry is a plus.
