Jamalon.com, the largest online bookstore in the Middle East, is looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our team in Amman.
The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing major aspects of our affiliate program and delivering support to affiliate marketers and networks.
The Affiliate Manager will continuously identify, evaluate and recruit new affiliates; as well as work with internal marketing, product, and technical groups to develop, implement, and support affiliate marketing strategies and programs.This individual will coordinate and oversees campaigns through all phases of launch and roll out, including negotiation of affiliate partnerships and deals, contract review and approval, creative development, trafficking, reporting and analysis and optimization.This work can be done from home from ANYWHERE.We look for the best experts in the world for the best site in the world.Day-to-day responsibilities include:Maintaining and growing our affiliate partnerships and network relationships with in-house affiliates programs.Monitoring affiliate practices and ensuring complianceMaintaining relationships with affiliates and other partners as well as motivating partners to improve campaign performanceNegotiating and reviewing affiliate advertising agreements (rates, placements, parameters, etc)Daily affiliate management including ongoing development and deployment of fresh marketing creative, affiliate communications, offers, affiliate payments, and dispute resolution.Establish channels of communication to ensure all affiliates and joint venture partners have access to marketing tools, and to develop custom marketing material as required.Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, and identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.Generating campaign performance reports, providing performance analysis and executing on that analysis to ensure positive ROI.Recruit new affiliates, joint venture partners, and strategic partners. Sourcing, evaluating and recruiting new affiliate partners.Oversee the development and distribution of marketing tools and sales creative to affiliates. Managing the creative development and execution to support the affiliate marketing effort (including providing art direction and technical specifications), and ensuring creative trafficking requests are fulfilled.Work closely with Affiliate Manager to build and expand the affiliate program.Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonus offers.Develop annual affiliate campaign calendar and rollout plans.Represent company at affiliate marketing related trade shows.Ensuring Affiliates are paid on time and accurately
Skills
Degree or Diploma in business, communication, or similarly related educational acumen; or an equivalent combination of 4 years of education and applied experience.
Experience with marketing campaign managementExperience and/or understanding with various deal structures including CPA, CPM, CPC especially CPA.Ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction based on your analysis.Excellent fiscal responsibility.Analytical and mathematical skills.Thorough understanding of online creative strategy development.Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects.Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities and last minute changes.Strong decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.Excellent project-management and time-management skills.Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Office (MS Word,Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Strongly Preferred Qualifications:1-3+ years directly related experience in Online Marketing, Affiliate Marketing experience strongly preferred but not requiredFamiliarity with affiliate marketing networks as well as search engine marketing.
