TITLE: Recruiter
TEAM/PROGRAMME: HR
CONTRACT PERIOD : 6 MONTHS

SCOPE OF ROLE:
Reports to: HRTeam Leader
Staff reporting to this post: None
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY :
Staffing and Employee On boarding:
Coordinate with HR Team Leader the management of recruitment process cycle for National
staff working closely with the hiring managers to ensure a full, fair and open recruitment
process at all times.
calling candidates for interviews, reference checks and regret letters.
Draft staff and volunteers agreements.
Developing job descriptions and specifications, preparing job adverts, screening application
forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and
implementation.
Implement effective induction plans and processes, ensuring that all staff are aware of the
policies and practices relating to their employment.
Responsible for ensuring that all staff receive the Global induction
Understand current and anticipate future staffing needs, build pools of ready candidates through
internal succession planning and external market knowledge.
Human Resources:
Assisting in Setting-up and maintain filing systems for records, correspondence and other
material related to Human Resources files.
Assists in processing of terminations.
Assist in Updating HR spreadsheet with employee change of status requests (i.e. addition of
family members, change of title, termination) and processes paperwork. Prepares and maintains
employee files.
Assists in responding to employees’ requests and questions after coordinating and getting the
concurrence of HR team leader .
Monitors staff attendance and leaves. Ensures timely and accurate completion of timesheets.
Track leave balances for staff.
Any other tasks assigned by HR Officer.

QUALIFICATIONS
BA degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
Knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources.
Familiarity with Jordanian Labour law.
Ability to plan and organize and work in a systematic and organized manner.
Detailed oriented.
Ability to priorities competing demands.
Strong team player with high team spirit and positive attitude.
Flexibility under pressure and in response to changing needs.
Productive and responsive to instructions and project policies and regulations.

Computer knowledge especially MS office, spreadsheet, PowerPoint, outlook and lotus notes
Experience of building and developing the capacity of staff through the use of training,
