Accountabilities & Key Roles :

- Responding and serving all Arab Bank client enquiries and prospects by phone and email.
- Handling all client complaints in a timely manner at the highest quality standards.
- Provide information on all bank products to existing & potential clients.
- Selling bank products and services, and generate quality service opportunities.
- Maintain high call quality standards when contacting customers.
- Identify & forward customers feedback, and contribute to process improvement.
- Achieving the set target of successful leads and credit card activities in addition to the migration to E-Channels.

Job Requirements:
Education:
Business degree from a reputable university.
Experience:
Three years experience in retail banking.
Competencies:
· Fluency in Arabic and English.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Computer skills (Excel, Internet, word, PowerPoint, ETC…).
