Job description
Implementing Mobile Money products, performing tests, analyzing results and suggesting improvements while adhering to timeframes and quality standards. Maintaining Mobile Money products’ portfolios and making sure that they are aligned with market changes and trends.
Contacting clients, partners and soliciting feedback about project’s performance, results, issues, and concerns.
Monitoring the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Mobile Money product periodically, developing periodic reports and archiving them which include KPI results, sales, revenue, gap analysis for targets and results…etc.
Providing sales and customer care with support, training, and direction in matters regarding Mobile Money product.
Ensuring projects compliance with legal and regulatory terms and regulations during project development and project life cycle with coordination with concerned parties.
Performing market research, examining new trends/ technologies in order to suggest new ideas.
Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field..
1 year of relevant experience.
