- Planning and Performing periodic assessment on different outdoor locations in order to promote different products, such as, web advertising, social media, multimedia packages and web development etc …
- Creating, designing and implementing new products opportunities and developments in accordance to the digital advertisement capabilities to expand the services provided base and achieve the targets.
- Provide ideas & recommendations on how to utilize all existing sales channels at Zain to achieve the required revenue target.
- Responsible of the awareness of the digital ads products in order to increase the sales in both ways B2B and B2C.
- Responsible of the SmartAdd revenue target and design ways for achieving it with relevance to the price structures.
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.

The Role
Supporting the implementation of the function yearly and monthly plans, providing technical support during the concept stage of projects, identifying technical requirements, participating in communicating technical requirements to technical departments (IT and Network), as well as participating in conducting products and services technicality testing throughout the project life cycle.
The Responsibilities
- Participating in analyzing concepts produced by Marketing and Business Development functions, in order to identify new products/ services technical requirements.
- Contributing in translating concepts to technical terms on all related systems and applications such as CRM, ERP, and Oracle…etc., in order to guarantee functionality and seamless delivering of services.
- Facilitating communications between Marketing and Business Development functions and technical teams (IT and Network), in addition to following up on technical issues effecting customers, in calibration with other technical departments.
- Participating in designing testing scenarios, performing tests and troubleshooting for existing and newly developed products including pre-launching testing in order to guarantee product technical functionality, and monitoring products performance throughout product the life cycle.
- Suggesting new ideas for products, services, and initiatives that will decrease churn, maintain customer retention, and increase customer acquisition, and communicating them with the team.
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.

The Role
Participating in developing and implementing marketing plans for the broadband segment, which aim at customer retention, acquisition, and value extraction, through conducting market and competitor intelligence activities, researching international telecommunication companies new products and services, in addition to suggesting new products and services initiatives and assisting in developing concepts and marketing communications material to translate ideas to concerned parties.
The Responsibilities
- Performing market and competitor intelligence activities as well as forecasting analysis in collaboration with Pricing and Business Intelligence function, collecting data about market segments preferences, demands and penetration strategies…etc., in addition to researching and analyzing competitors’ products, services and offers to understand Zain’s position related to the broadband segment.
- Researching and acquiring insights about new products, services and offers developed by international counterparts in the telecommunication sector and suggesting similar initiatives that can boost revenues
- Soliciting customer feedback and requirements in broadband segment from customer care, simulation and sales departments, as well as other external sources, and subsequently utilizing customer’s feedback in improving products and service levels and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Suggesting and presenting new ideas for products, services, and initiatives that will decrease churn, maintain customer retention, increase customer acquisition and increase revenues.
- Assisting in developing concepts for new products, services and offers’ initiatives, which include a description of its characteristics and requirements, and subsequently communicating them to concerned parties.
- Participate in preparing financial business models for new products which include the analysis of financial aspects such as breakeven points, expected revenue, marketing costs and others, in collaboration with the Pricing & Business Intelligence function.
- Monitoring the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) periodically, and developing and archiving reports which include KPI results, sales and revenue figures, gap analysis between targets and results, and others.
- Assisting in translating the advertisement requirements to MARCOM team clarifying targeted customers for the new product/ service, selection of advertisement and media channels, material…etc.
- Providing sales and customer care with support, training, and direction in matters regarding the Zain’s broadband products and services
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration, or any related field.

The Role
Monitoring Telecom Network’s systems and infrastructure including Core Network, Radio Access Network (RAN), Transmission Network…etc., in addition to the IT elements and services; detecting any errors, failures, malfunction, and/ or low performance around the clock, through checking alarms, event logs and all other modules of network monitoring system.
The Responsibilities
- Implementing Mobile Money products, performing tests, analyzing results and suggesting
improvements while adhering to timeframes and quality standards.
- Maintaining Mobile Money products’ portfolios and making sure that they are aligned with market
changes and trends.
- Contacting clients, partners and soliciting feedback about project’s performance, results, issues,
and concerns. - Monitoring the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Mobile Money product periodically, developing
periodic reports and archiving them which include KPI results, sales, revenue, gap analysis for
targets and results…etc. - Providing sales and customer care with support, training, and direction in matters regarding Mobile
Money product. - Ensuring projects compliance with legal and regulatory terms and regulations during project
development and project life cycle with coordination with concerned parties. - Performing market research, examining new trends/ technologies in order to suggest new ideas.
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
