Accountabilities & Key Roles :

• Monitor the performance of consumer banking products vs. the target required.
• Implement new products and campaigns in order to meet market requirements and achieve the required targets.
• Establish and update system requirements in order to achieve business needs.
• Update and create policies and procedures for existing and new products when needed.
• Conduct training sessions for branch staff for newly launched products and refreshing sessions for existing products.
• Issue reports and analysis for consumer banking products and share with all required parties.
• Meet with potential merchants for the consumer banking product (EPP program, Auto Loans, etc…) and follow through the process of enrollment.
• Meet with existing and potential product partners for product and campaigns.
• Coordinate with Consumer Banking Head Office and related parties (Operations & Legal, IT, Compliance, Branding..etc) in terms of developing and amending the products & packages.

Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor degree in business administration or finance.

Experience:  

Three year experience in consumer banking.

Competencies: 

• Fluent in English & Arabic.
• Presentation and communication skills/ good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in modeling/ spreadsheet and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of customer & market dynamics & requirements.
• Proven ability to think out-of-the-box, solve problems, take decisions and deliver results under pressure.
