• Completing the handover procedures of incoming shipments after release from customs to the designated warehouses
• Following up with the Shipping function to specify the exact shipping date of each exported shipment
• Following up with Purchasing function regarding the arrival of incoming shipments in terms of arrival dates and ports  of entry
• Coordinating with the clearance companies in completing the required procedures and paperwork to release exported and imported items
• Following up on clearance agencies work and promptly reporting any issues to ensure a flow of work
• Filling and maintaining all clearance papers and documentation for future reference
• Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor
