About you
Bsc. Telecommunication, electronic, electrical engineer 3 years minimum experience
Skills
- Successful completion of the career path training courses.
- Good Knowledge in Hauwei RAN and MW Nodes , O&M experience.
- Good knowledge of network Design and specifications.
- Excellent knowledge of U2000/PRS/SOEM tools.
- Excellent understanding of IP fundamentals, configuration, traces, troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of CCNA, CCNP, TCP/IP.
- Rigorous, Organized, Technical Intervention, Knowledge of network equipment, Reliable, Autonomous and Initiative
- Good Communication and project management skills
- Autonomous with the ability to work under stress
- Proficiency in English as a working language is a must
- Good knowledge of Telecom regulations and requirements
- High Analytical and problem solving skills Good skills in ability to deal with others at all levels
Department
Technical Management Center
- In charge of Operation and Maintenance for the RAN network (BSC, RNC, MBTS).
- Working includes Integrating, troubleshooting, upgrade, downgrade, acceptance, reconfiguration & Commissioning on Line of GUL MBTSs.
- Performing daily/weekly health check and alarms check as a preventive maintenance for RAN & MW NW and guide teams with the tasks priorities.
- Troubleshooting for the RAN and MW network.
- Manage , operate and implement all MW EBU projects with the target TTD.
- Manage , operate and follow all MW EBU faults with the target TTR.
- Re-parenting sites from BSC/RNC to another.
- Performing 2G/3G Cell parameter changes and returning from Radio Network Design/Optimization team for the newly integrated cell sites.
- Loading new releases and corrections in the network elements.
- MW Nodes Configuration, Integration & Migration.
- Administration and manage Ericsson’s Mini-link-TN Network Management System (SoEM server and DCN router connectivity).
- Performing a 2nd line support for field maintenance and TMC Level 1 teams (Network Management Center // front office team) in 2G/3G/4G/MW problems to ensure network quality and reduce TTR.
- Analyze the dysfunction of the Transmission.
