We are hiring FINCA Microfinance Company is looking for Business Analyst.

Requirements:

 Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or any relevant field.

 3-5 years of experience within a technical or consulting environment, ideally with 2+ years in the software development life cycle (design, development, coding, testing and implementation).

 Experience in conducting gap analysis between business requirements and software.
