IT Operations Team Leader

Experience in maintenance and monitoring of all infrastructure systems in the data centre.
Experience in Installation, configuration, administration and monitoring of network firewalls / security appliances (FortiGate, Cisco), Cisco routers, Cisco switches, Cisco wireless and Cisco IPT.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for network, wireless and firewalls systems.
Hands on experience on advanced configuration and troubleshooting for network, security and wireless systems.
Experience to handle larger networks or prior experience in handling larger networks.
Deep understanding of network wireless and security protocols, and their applications and characteristic behaviors
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in building and maintaining network systems
Proven knowledge in Routers and Switches
Proven knowledge in administering Cisco ISE and WLC
Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of infrastructure systems.
Good communication skills
Good command in both Arabic and English

Bachelor Degree in IT (computer engineer, computer science or related field).
5-7 years of relevant technical experience.
Proven knowledge in IT operation and supporting on various infrastructure systems
Proven knowledge in Vendor Coordination and management.
CCNP R&S is a plus
