DESCRIPTION
Yamsafer Business-to-Business (B2B) is a product made for travel agencies where we provide them with a customized platform to book the most competitive hotel prices around the world. Yamsafer B2B Account Managers are responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of travel agencies within the Jordanian market. You will be responsible for aggressively growing our B2B account base and your portfolio revenue.
REQUIREMENTS
- Create and execute on an account acquisition strategy.
- Follow-up with and develop a list of travel agency leads across Jordan.
- Demonstrate the value of Yamsafer B2B features and services to travel agencies.
- Meet aggressive sales and acquisition targets and KPIs from your portfolio and list of leads.
- Schedule bi-weekly calls and regular visits to check-in with leads and accounts.
- Support accounts by instantly responding to inquiries over phone, chat and email.
- Generate reports and track KPIs related to lead generation, acquisition and maintenance.
- Enter data gathered through meetings, calls, emails and internal notes into a CRM software.
