A new New Zealand Based Organization in MENA is looking for a Development Officer to start working in Jordan.

Generic responsibilities:

– Perform research on various projects to prepare all projections for revenue.

– Design and implement an effective recruitment plan.

– Ensure adherence to all annual development plans.

– Monitor all development events and activities and ensure effective and appropriate implementations.

– Assist all volunteers to perform research on all data for proposal development.

– Prepare draft for all proposals and foundations and assist to prepare all annual development reports to achieve all objectives and analyse trends and provide necessary recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Generic professional competencies for this position.

• The minimum English language requirement for applicants is an overall score of 6.5 in the IELTS test.

• 1 year of experience in NGOs or international organization.

• Knowledge about own leadership skills/profile.

Contract duration: until End of 2020 with extension possibility.

Salary: According to the Organisation’s salary scale and terms and condition.
