Accountabilities and Key Roles:

Analyze, document and propose solutions for large and/ or complex business areas as well as prepare functional specifications.

Assist in the preparation of user and system test plans.

Develop project documentation for Group Regulatory Compliance (GRC) and other key internal clients to facilitate sharing of reporting and best practices.

Internally escalate resource needs and data management issues/ gaps (development, quality, analysis) through appropriate management channels.

Work with Information Technology and Country Operations/ Information Technology or other software vendors (dependencies) to administrator and to appropriately manage data requirements and deliverables.

Collect, understand, and transmit the business requirements for GRC projects, and translate these into functional specifications and detailed test plans.

Analyze and document business processes.

Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from client on the specifications.

Provide the link between the customer, development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle.

Design and execute the test scenarios and test scripts.
-
Manage day-to-day change requests in relation to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met.

Produce regular and timely reports for the project manager showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies.

Work with the Anti Money Laundry (AML) Office with problem identification, incident tracking, investigation and solution identification for new and existing systems.

Help with the maintenance and enhancement of existing environments including system tuning and data enhancements.

Train new users of the system and update training for functional enhancements.
