Vacancy Announcement
Child Safety Program Senior Manager

– Excellent English and Arabic language (written and spoken)
– Professional qualification or certification in child safety subjects are preferred
– Managerial and leadership Skills
– Minimum of 10 years of Experience in the same field

Core Responsibilities:
– Plan the delivery of the overall respective program activities, in accordance with the strategic goals of the division.
– Develop new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the division.
– Assist in developing strategic goals and implementing goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program.
– Developing an annual budget that is well forecasted and realistic, as well as an operating plan to support the program.
– Demonstrate consistent quality reporting of financial, fundraising, communications and program development; recommend timelines and resources needed to achieve the overall program goals.
– Ensure that CSP activities comply with all relevant donor requirements and standards.
