Job Description
Ensures a good relationship between the team and Product Owner as well as other stakeholders outside the Feature Team,Protects the Feature Team from outside interruptions and distractions.,Ensures the Feature Team lives agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed they would use.,Demonstrated ability to teach, coach, inspire and motivate people to change their values and practices as evidenced by experience, persuades key stakeholders (like Executive Sponsor, program/project managers, line managers) to become servant leaders and to empower people who use Orange Jordan Agile Framework,Foster Proper Communication,Dealing with Impediments,Work with product owner to ensure a well-groomed Product Backlog for the teams to ensure long term work visibility is maintained,Work with development teams using various agile frameworks to deliver software effectively,Help facilitate healthy product and tech interactions as they work to clarify the vision,Maintain and report against relevant metrics,Assist with internal and external communication, improving visibility, and radiating information,Engaging with fellow agile team members to find, and act upon, opportunities for improvement across delivery processes,Measure team sprint success by using standard sprint metrics and drive team efficiency and productivity improvement through data points,Proactively identify risks and manage dependencies within and external to the team,Track sprint status and maintain meticulous records (schedule, capacity, dependencies, issues, risks,),Provide support to PMO management for integrated roadmap planning activitiy .
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering with minimum 9 years of experience in related field and 5 years in realted field.,Certified Scrum Master qualification from reputed organization : CSM from Scrum Alliance, SAFe Certified Scrum Master or ACP from PMI.,Advanced knowledge of agile team metrics include burn-down chart, capacity plan, sprint goal mapping, success radiator etc,Deep knowledge and expertise in Lean and Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc..,Ability to understand technical issues at a high level,Experience with development and operations teams.,Understanding the technologies used and coaching technical teams to deliver business value.,Critical thinker, negotiation and problem-solving skills.,Proven experience in Coaching the Product Owner in some of the Product Backlog Management Techniques,Proven at making positive impact at departmental level; collaborating with peers to improve,Technology practices Such as Mobile development ( IOS & Android ), Sharepoint, Java, Python.,Experience in UI/UX is preferrable.,Telecom business experience.,3+ years of hands on experience on at least one of the following Agile software products – JIRA, CA Central; collaboration tools including Wiki, MS Teams and SharePoint
2-System Architec
Job Description
