Description

  • Manage Seller Identity Verification and approval process for new sellers in the assigned territory
  • Support the sales and business teams to maintain optimum outcomes
  • Build and manage sales performance tracking and audit
  • Provide data points for the preparation of business reviews and planning reports
  • Maintain acceptable performance metrics such as quality and productivity
  • Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Business Development, or On-boarding teams as required to resolve Seller’s Verification issues and questions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or marketing
  • 0-1 year of experience in any related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong verbal and written English communications skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a sales or customer support function
  • Experience dealing with customers during problem resolution and operating under pressure
  • Exhibits sound business judgment, strong analytical skills, and ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce Reports and Dashboards is preferable
