Description
- Manage Seller Identity Verification and approval process for new sellers in the assigned territory
- Support the sales and business teams to maintain optimum outcomes
- Build and manage sales performance tracking and audit
- Provide data points for the preparation of business reviews and planning reports
- Maintain acceptable performance metrics such as quality and productivity

Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Business Development, or On-boarding teams as required to resolve Seller’s Verification issues and questions.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or marketing
- 0-1 year of experience in any related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong verbal and written English communications skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a sales or customer support function
- Experience dealing with customers during problem resolution and operating under pressure
- Exhibits sound business judgment, strong analytical skills, and ability to learn new tools quickly
