• Work on finance process improvement projects from discovery and business analyses through execution and implementation.
• Analysis and optimization of business processes (finance focused) through process mining with a focus on process discovery, process enhancement and visualization.
• Development of innovative solutions for finance processes improvement and linking process mining with processes from the areas data mining and RPA/AI.
• Advice to internal customers on the use of advanced analytics/process mining and development of such use cases within finance community.
• Experience in process mining frameworks such as ProcessGold, Celonis, PowerBI and safe handling of SQL.
• Ideally, knowledge of statistical forecasting models or common machine learning algorithms, as well as a confident use of Python.

• Also working knowledge of SAP is desirable.

• Business/finance Major + IT minor / ACCA/CA.
• Basic programming skills (python/R/C++/SQL).
• Prior experience of process improvement is a must gained while working in advisory/audit (minimum 3 years).
• Process and data mining/modelling.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective planning and execution, project management, communication, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Change management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Arabic (preferred).
