Job Description Maintain and Handling operation,& troubleshooting for core network systems in order to ensure reliable faults free operation,Maintain & Solving problems escalated by customer care and network supervision to maintain customers’ satisfaction,Solving all TTs, FTs, WOs, and MPTs,Apply day to day activities for all CORE systems,Support implantation of New Project, HW expansions & configurations related to core CS & PS,Maintain and interact with other teams to fulfill their requirements from the core side of CS & PS,First level contact with Supervision in case of Alarms/problems on the Platforms,First Contact with Supplier Support.,Follow up the opened CSR regarding all Core CS & PS platforms
Job Requirements Maintain and Handling operation,& troubleshooting for core network systems in order to ensure reliable faults free operation,Maintain & Solving problems escalated by customer care Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.,Up to (2) years continuous professional technical experience in Mobile Core Networks architecture and technologies or any related fields,Highly reactive and work under pressure.,Excellent Planning, Organizational and interpersonal written and spoken in English.,Very good knowledge in telecommunication especially mobile core networks hardware & services,Very good knowledge in 2G/3G/4G networks system interfaces & Protocols,have good knowledge in Linux & Unix,Very good knowledge in IP switching and routing
