Job Description
Producing market research reports to assist in evaluating product/service performance and assessing future trends.
Conducting and presenting market studies that involves determining RJ brand position through passengers’ feedback.
Acting as the focal point between RJ and the third-party research company to help determine RJ’s brand and market position locally and internationally.
Preparing detailed statistical reports focusing on RJ marketing strategy implementation.
Reviewing RJ’s campaigns constantly through yearly reports in order to enhance RJ’s future campaigns based on set KPIs.
Conducting brand research studies and turning the results into actionable brand initiatives and suggestions to come up with new branding platform.
Developing marketing strategies based on analysis of market needs and segmentation.
Managing various market research studies to assist in orienting the department’s activities towards achieving Royal Jordanian’s corporate goals.
Developing and administering marketing database that includes prospect and client information.
Own the customer close-up report and further develop it to fit RJ’s future needs.
Develop B-to-B market research tools together with sales.
