Description
Our Retail Business Systems (RBS) team is looking for passionate, smart, and detail-oriented individual to join our fast paced environment to help invent the future. As a Catalog Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
- Working on a defined set of instructions to collect data for product development.
- Performing, executing, and reporting results accurately.
- Understanding procedures and guidelines for new tasks/projects.
- Performing tasks based on changing requirements without compromising quality.
- Using software tools and complying with the requisite processes for data collection on a daily basis.
- Being comfortable with capturing results, communicating and escalating failures, providing individual status reports, and adhering to productivity and quality baselines.
- Raising all failures/doubts related to execution of the tasks and closing the same per the SLAs.
- Owning daily targets against internal and external dependencies.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment.
- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business by the numbers. Must be metrics-driven.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.
- Track record of managing and troubleshooting technical and business integration projects.
- Advanced IT literacy especially in SQL querying, Microsoft Office applications and MS excel proficiency.
- Strong process definition and optimization skills; proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination.
- Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
