Purpose

The evaluation of the youth economic engagement program comes at a critical time, i.e., 2nd year of the country program when client is trying to expand its program. The evaluation will inform the future planning to operationalize and rationalize the program. The program intends to target the extremely vulnerable youth for possible scale-up in future. The main purpose of this evaluation is to determine the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness and impact of the Youth Economic Engagement Program.

Requirement
The qualifications and experience required for the team are as follows:
