Job Responsibilities
Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
Managing technical documentation and assets management.
Responding to all IT Service desk requests within the set SLAs.
Building relationships with the teams in order to understand and support their business needs.
Job Requirements
Good interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and active listening.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple activities and projects.
Familiarity with CCTV and Security systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
CCNA, VIOP or any of IT certifications is a plus.
A + certification (preferred) or equivalent work experience required.
Linux + or LPI certification (preferred) or equivalent work experience required.
Microsoft certification (preferred) or equivalent work experience required.
