About the job
Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Conduct daily review on open incidents.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Follow up on IT purchasing procedure to avoid delays & errors in related processes.
- Maintain all users files related to IT assets.
- Follow up on the IT assets inventory system & reconciling the IT assets information with the finance department related records
- Participation in IT projects & post implementation support
- Report all IT maintenance team performance to the Team lead & escalate any pending issues.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3 years experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar capacity
- Associate’s degree in computer science
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot advanced technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- In depth knowledge of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office 365
