Safety Supervisor

Job Description
Develop EHS and Risk Management policies, processes and procedures and participates in its implementation to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled.
Manages the day-to-day operations of the section to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and in compliance with established standards and procedures.
Develops the EHS budget and monitors financial performance versus the budget to ensure alignment
Manages EHS inspection programs in facilities to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards, determines corrective or preventive measures to ensure a safe working environment. Interacts with external parties (such as local authorities and civil defense) to ensure compliance with local health and safety standards and regulations.
Encourages HSE awareness and culture throughout Hikma by providing recommendations to department heads, training Hikma employees and meeting regularly with teams.
Leads the emergency response plan during the incident and the accident investigation afterwards to prevent recurrence.
Develop and update the EHS system (ISO 45001, ISO 14001) as per EHS requirements and plan for continual improvement.
