We are looking for applicants to be part of the Hr team at Alawneh Exchange As Senior Hr Officer.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides senior level support in functional areas of Human Resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administrations, Payroll.
- Oversees/assists in the day-to-day delivery of Human Resources projects, programs, and strategies (communication, on-boarding, assimilation, talent management ).
Act as liaison between employee and Benefits if necessary to provide consultation and problem resolution.
Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Business administration or any related field .
- 5-6 years proven experience its a must.
- efficient HR administration and people management.
- Has a desire to support and improve current business.
