The e-Commerce Specialist will support in creating an e- commerce strategies and ensure their implementation. Ensure that JRF website always operates flawlessly, ensure the visual appeal of the online stores, is easy to navigate, and is equipped with accurate, up-to-date quality assured content.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develops E- commerce strategies, and standard operation procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Develops systems and implement best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Follows up with Media and Communication team on the content creation (Description and Photos), to ensure the e-commerce platforms are up to date.
- Monitors inventory levels to ensure real stock levels to meet sales forecast, and report inventory status to relevant departments (Product Management, Warehouse and Sales).
- Manages E-commerce order management (payment verification, preparing orders, delivery, and shipment) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure Customer orders are being fulfilled in a timely manner, consistent with communicated customer timelines.
- Collaborates with the Procurement Department to ensure deadlines are met and all issues are effectively communicated and resolved this needs to be cancelled, there is no relation with procurement.
- Follows up with Marketing team on the content creation (Description and Photos), to ensure the e-commerce platforms are up to date.

- Work across JRF to enhance the customer experience and harmonize service features to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all competencies and skills required to perform the role
- Sets performance goals in the beginning of the year after and ensures those goals are achieved during the course of the year
- Uphold the code of conduct and PSEA-related policies
- Actively participate in SEA-related trainings and awareness-raising efforts, including support for dissemination of PSEA materials
- Report allegations of SEA through the designated reporting channels
- Participate in investigations of SEA allegations as appropriate
- Identify and mitigate/avoid SEA-related program risks (particularly for personnel involved in programming)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in logistic , Marketing or a relevant business subject.
- Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken).
- 3-5 years o0f experience.
- Excellent knowledge of various e- commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
- Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail.
Analytical skills.
- Good Knowledge in Supply Chain and Inventory Management
