The holder of this position shall provide HR support services and guidance to departments and employees, such as performance appraisal, job description cards development, succession planning, career path planning, recruitment and adopted policies and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assists in the implementation of the performance appraisal process through distributing, collecting and analyzing performance results.
- Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
- Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans and programs.
- Assists with budget preparation and monitor expenditures for specific areas.
- Processes personnel action forms and ensures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms.
- Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting on the website, reviewing resumes, and performing interviews and reference checks.
- Initiates employment requisitions and follows up on job postings and applicant referrals.
- Processes new hire and applicant tracking paperwork and ensures the accuracy and completeness of employment documents.
- Assists the HR manager in all development initiatives.
- Creates, amends and reviews job description cards as per work requirements.
- Prepares and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources or any related field.
- (3-5 years of Experience)
