Sales Manager

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manages and Coordinates all sales activities locally, regionally, and internationally to implement sales strategy.
  • Takes the lead on sales efforts, tracking prospecting and lead generation activities to implement sales strategy.
  • Monitors pricing and dynamic revenue management approach to ensure value integrity is maintained while achieved highest margin for retail, wholesale and corporate sales initiatives.
  • Works with showroom, airport, Daimeh, KK, JRD, IKEA, Supermarket teams for a holistic approach to sales activities and customer service.
  • Works on regional sales deals for KK to increase regional sales.
  • Works on international sales deals to IKEA to increase sales.
  • Prepares sales budgets to align with SE budgets.
  • Ensures all sales and marketing activities are tracked and generate detailed reports on quality basis.
  • Maintains a customer database and productivity report to ensure current, past and potential clients are identified and potential sales initiatives are organized and effective.
  • Develops and implements of a sales and marketing plan with a detailed action plan to generate sales.
  • Emphasizes product features based on analyses of customers’ needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Leads sales team and train them on the best sales practices to ensure high profile clients service, to ensure that the sales team are adherent to JRF strategic sales and marketing plans.
  • Settings individual sales targets with the sales team and monitors their performance to ensure they align with budget.
  • Presents Sales Revenues, and Expenses Report to Management to align with SE yearly budget.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any other related field.
  • 10 years of experience in a similar role preferably in retail or FMCG industry.
  • Excellent English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)

المتطلبات :

درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو أي مجال آخر ذي صلة.

10 سنوات من الخبرة في دور مماثل ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في تجارة التجزئة أو صناعة السلع الاستهلاكية.

مهارات ممتازة في اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية (كتابة وتحدثاً)
