Job Description
Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
Conduct Operational & financial analyses, analyzing products lines and the overall profitability of the business based on historical data and future plans.
Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement.
Develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.
Providing & Maintain visibility on the cost per shipment calculations per Stations.
Provide visibility on customers profitability per product and stations, cost evaluation reports, operation efficiency etc.
Monthly extraction of data and highlighting the irregularities in Accounting with regards to profitability workings
Support Corporate Finance to run feasibility studies by providing the appropriate information.
Ensuring the maintenance of all Master Data, Validation rules, support issues related to CO and EBIT.
Creation and maintenance of COPA/Assessment cycles
Support Corporate Finance to run feasibility studies by providing the appropriate information.
Develop relationship with Station and business owners.
Attend to ad-hoc requests.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in finance, business or any related field
Experience 2-5 years of experience in the same field
Detail oriented & Expert in Excel.
Team player
Good communication skills & Excellent Command in English
Preferable Experience in Sap

Invoicing Officer – AGSO
Location -Amman , ,Jordan (JO)

Job Description
Sending and following up with the entitled station on the pending shipments for Express, Domestic, and Freight.
Auditing the contracts proposed for the clients to assure the validity of them before applying them on the system.
Reflect (apply) the contract rates on Aramex system to enable it to calculate automatically.
Issuing the monthly/bi-weekly/weekly/daily invoices of all the clients on timely basis.
Matching the accounting software figures with billing systems figures.
Any other activities related to invoicing.
Job Requirements
Good communication skills
Excellent command of English
Good Microsoft office skills
Bachelors in Accounting, business, finance or any related field
