Communication Manager
Key Accountabilities :
- Effectively runs the day- to- day media planning and media buying for all Orange Jordan communication campaigns (both offline & online).
- Develop and support end-to-end multi-channel media strategy and media planning to align with brand goals & objectives.
- Managing media campaigns roadmap and working closely with Creative, Social Media & go-to-market teams plus other internal stakeholders.
- Owning a solid media relations with different media providers/owners ( both online & offline).
- Report on campaign performance and provide strategic media recommendations
- Develop digital media plans and approach based on consumer insights and digital media dynamics.
- Manage the day-to-day implementation, optimization, and performance of on-going media campaigns.
- Ability to plan & manage the annual media budgets across all media channels and optimized budget per campaign.
- Contribute to new media campaigns presentations and analysis through insights, media plans, with most efficient media recommendations.
- Engaged with the media agency to develop a synched and harmonized working relationship/process.
- Negotiating the media owners and vendors for the best media rates and allocations.
- On-time execution, monitoring, and reporting of the campaigns.
- Deep understanding for the major ad platforms and their associated tools, including Google Ads, Meta Business manager, Microsoft Advertising, Linkedln Campaign Manager, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Ability to plan, execute and optimize successful campaigns on different platforms and mediums (display ads, search ads, video ads, etc.), and familiarity with targeting options, bidding strategies, and ad formats for each platform.
- Enhancing our SEM performance with total alignment with the our SEO strategy.
- Prepare and present reports regularly.
- Identify our customers persona for better targeting & identified audiences
Education & Experience :
- B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing.
- Minimum 10-12 years experience in offline & Digital Communications is a must.
- Agency Experience is a must.
- Managed successful campaigns for different media channels (online & offline).
- Having a solid relationship with media vendors / suppliers in Jordan.
- managing a team for minimum 5 years.
