Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Secretary at a Private Investment Company in Amman. The Secretary will be responsible for clerical tasks, communication, company secretarial work, executive administrative assistance, and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Clerical Skills and Company Secretarial Work
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in office software and equipment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
