Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business correspondence and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
-Experienced in international relations
-Knowledgeable in protocol arrangements
-Efficiently handle professional communications via email and business correspondence
-Manage and organize Outlook calendars and emails
-Prepare official documents, letters, and reports in a timely manner
-Skillfully use Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting
-Assist in preparing and editing presentations, meeting agendas, and related documents
Key Qualifications:
-Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English is a must
-Previous 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative role
-Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other MS Office tools
-Strong knowledge of business correspondence and preparing official documents
-Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
-Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
-A quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts efficiently
