Job Opportunity: HR Assistant
A leading industrial company in Sahab is seeking an HR Assistant to join our team!
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Open a new employment file for each new employee hired as per the employee file check list.
2. Insure that new opened files are filed in the filing cabinet
3. File all employee related documents (contracts, disciplinary action, COC, acknowledgments, NCR, permits, transfer forms, evaluation, settlement etc….) inside the employment file as appropriate and on timely manner.
4. Prepare new employee kits (contracts, COC, by-law, acknowledgements etc…) and to sign them as appropriate.
5. Provide new employees with needed stationary.
6. Preparing documents for migrant workers interview (Contracts, Acknowledgement and declarations COC, Payslips, Trade union and interview form) 2 days before the flight of the Recruitment officer.
Job Requirements:
• Education: BSc degree in business administration or any related field with a Good or Very Good GPA
• Experience: 0-1 years of experience in Employee relation
• Skills: Proficiency in English and a strong command of Microsoft Excel
